Workout: V02 max 8mi w/5 x 600m @ 5K, jog 90sec between

Boy this was fun. My plan to get this done at 5:30am didn't happen, since it sounded like Booger was waking up just as I was preparing to head out. Turns out he went back to sleep, but I lost my "window" for a morning run. Instead I was relegated to 8:30pm at the TC Williams track. For maintaining an accurate mileage count, this turned out to be a better venue than the MVT.

I opted to do 6 reps instead of 5, just for good measure.
