Workout: recovery + speed, 6mi w/6 X 100m strides
Even with two days of back-and-forth air travel, which can verily suck the life out of you, this run was a piece of cake. At some point I should use the HRM to gauge what sort of effort these sprints truly involve.
I was able to sleep in and run later in the morning (around 9am) since Pap-Pap was here to watch Alex for a few spells.
