Workout: recovery 6mi.

OK, so there's really not much recovery needed after the prior day's 6mi. run. Maybe the intent was "recovery from weekend festivities"? I needed to shift some workout around to fit the schedule this week and while this run being today wasn't optimal (training-wise), it seemed about par for my intensity level.

We got out on the trail a bit earlier in the morning, so we both managed to stay a bit cooler. Which was nice.
