Workout: recovery + speed, 6mi. w/6 X 100m strides

I didn't hit the pavement until after we had driven back from the weekend, so it was close to 3pm or so. All the while I was thinking about the compressed schedule coming up later in the week, and was wishing I'd gotten this run in before we left in the morning.
