Workout: long run 18mi.

Because we were all headed to Greensburg PA for four days, I juggled the schedule to get this in before leaving. This would allow me to keep the familiarity of my route and as well I could keep all the long-run schwag (Fuel belt, gels, etc.) at home for the weekend.

Overall I felt good, except for the multiple insects I swallowed, as usual.

GEL REPORT: I had a Powerade raspberry gel pack at mile 9. Not so good; probably won't consider it for any future runs, training or otherwise. Seemed to have a lingering aftertaste, despsite being washed down with almost a full 6oz of Gatorade.
