Workout: general aerobic + speed: 7mi w/8 X 100m strides.

Lucky for Booger, I was able to have him otherwise tasked while I did this in the mid-morning heat. Feeling a bit guilty from missing the workout on Tuesday, I added four more 100m strides for a total of 12. I didn't want to overdo it, though, knowing that tomorrow I have my 18mi. long run.
