Workout: general aerobic 10mi.

Hmmm. Normally this would have been a 'rest' day. Instead, 10 miles. Fun.

I've actually gotten used to the early morning routine, even getting a few things done after running and before Booger wakes up for breakfast. This has been encouraging because one of my bigger concerns going into formal training was how well I'd be able to accommodate the schedule.
