Workout: rest.

Evidently, the prescribed workout was not followed in the true sense of the word.

Yes, no running or biking or other exercisin'. But there was an hour chasing Booger around the playground at Maury Elementary in the morning, and then another hour of chasing/chaperoning him around the pool at Jefferson-Houston in the afternoon.

Oy.
