Workout: 12 X 400m hill repeats.
With the Rumble fast approaching on July 24th, I've decided that these second workouts on Wednesdays are well worth the extra effort. One obvious drawback, however, is that they inevitably occur during the hottest part of the day, between 5 and 6pm.
It seems that not only can one not fool Mother Nature, but you can't even negotiate with her.
