Workout: 8 X 400m hill repeats.

My first attempt at a 2-a-day workout, and luckily I selected one of the hottest days of the year, to date. I ran up & down the hill down the street by the rich snots and called it a day. Looks like a full rest day is on tap for tomorrow.
