Challengers Toastmasters Club

Project: The non-profit public speaking club, Challenger Toastmasters, had an old and clunky website. They needed a new way to reach out to visitors, build their membership base and provide current, useful information to existing members.
Role: Webmaster (volunteer)
Approach:
 1. Survey current club members and officers for ideas and suggestions.
 2. Purchase domain name and assess hosting options.
 3. Create new templates and architecture.
 4. Migrate existing content and add new content.
Result: A fresh, dynamic website which provides useful information to current members and interested members alike. Over 90% of new, dues-paying members since site launch in 2005 are attracted via the club website.
