
Project: The environmental non-profit Defenders of Wildlife needed a new website, the
Defender's Action Fund, in order to establish a voice in the legislative and political process.
Role: Web Manager and Director of Online Communications
Approach:
1. Collect functional and technical requirements.
2. Assess cost options and vendor solutions.
3. Manage vendor and internal teams in creation of site content and architecture.
4. Weekly status meetings, reports, and updated project plan.
Result: A new and engaging web presence which educates voters about the choices they face on
election day and how those choices impact our country's wildlife, its habitat and the environment we share.
