Project: The Asia Society's business-focused website, Asia Business Today, was static and lacking interest from potential users. The site needed a full redesign and migration to a content management system.
Role: Project Manager
Approach:
 1. Assemble project team of client and vendor staff.
 2. Identify needs and deadlines then prioritize tasks.
 3. Develop and deploy system, provide user training.
 4. Weekly status meetings, reports, and updated project plan.
Result: An easy-to-use, clean site which could be managed by the organization's own employees. We successfully migrated over 5000 content items, and the site is now viewed monthly by more than 1,000,000 users.
