When was the last time you roadtripped to go to your own homecoming football game? If you're a Carnegie Mellon football fan, it was October 14, 2006.

That's right. The mighty Tartans (9-0) traveled to Cleveland, OH, to face Case Western Reserve University. On homecoming weekend. At CMU.

Yes, the concept verily defies logic. Not since the 1989 Carroll Hall presedential election--when VP candidate Toc Dan "Vince" Ton ran on a platform of "tailgaters for the home games...and tailgaters for the away games"--has such logic been defied.

CMU Homecoming Weekend: Gesling Stadium on Oct. 14th., 2006 hosted a spirited flag football game.
